Shelby Pediatrics is open Mon - Fri from 8 am - 5 pm. We usually schedule our last appointment at 4 pm.

Prescription Refill:
To receive a prescription refill, please call our office (502) 633-7337 during office hours. Our answering service will direct you to press 5. If a nurse is available she will take your request. If not, please leave a message on our service. Please give us your child's name, birth date, medicine name, and dosage amount, and your preferred pharmacy.
Please allow 24 hours for ADHD medicine prescription refills. Currently, these must be picked up in our office.

Medical Question During Office Hours:
To receive medical advice for non-urgent questions during hour office hours, call us at (502) 633-7337. Our answering service will direct you to talk to a nurse at extension 6. If a nurse is not immediately available, please leave a message on our service. Please be ready with your child's name, birth date, symptoms, any medications your child is currently on, and your preferred pharmacy. Our nurses will be with you as soon as possible.
